- Keeping an eye on high blood pressure and diabetes.
- Exercising regularly for at minimum of 30 minutes a day. It has been said that walking is most beneficial.
- Preventing the development of obesity by doing what it takes to maintain a healthy weight.
- Making a decision to live a healthier lifestyle.
- Practicing meditation.
- Doing exercises that includes regular relaxation and breathing.
- Undergoing periodic cardiac evaluations.
- Consuming foods that are abundant in anti-oxidants in your diet.
A killer disease, approximately 60 million people in the United States have suffered from heart diseases, according to the American heart association and approximately 1 million people have lost their lives due to heart related diseases annually.
