Beaches in Eastern India
Puri and Digha are two most famous spots in Eastern India known
for their magnificent and beautiful beaches. Puri is crowded
by tourists and devotes all the year round who come here to
see the ocean and to offer prayers at the temples of Konark
and Jagannath.
Puri is located in Orissa and Digha in West Bengal but both
are equally popular to both national and international tourists
who want to spend a quiet vacation by the sea. The beaches are
lined with cheap hotels and restaurants where you can stay for
the night and enjoy the spirituality of the ocean.
Day 01: Bhubaneswar
Arrive
and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 02: Bhubaneswar
This morning visit the Lingaraja and Rajarani temples. The afternoon
is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Bhubaneswar - Puri
Transfer to Puri and visit the Jaganath temple. The afternoon
is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Puri-Konark-Puri
This morning viist the Konark Sun temple. The rest of the day
is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Puri-Bhubaneswar
Transfer to Bhubaneswar airport/ station.
